Tes put at ease and we are extremely grateful for her assistance. We envisaged seeking approval without our broker available was going to be extremely difficult. Tes answered all of our questions and certainly reassured us that we were in good hands with our broker unfortunately being unavailable when we needed him most. She was extremely responsive, contacted us after hours, was prompt in responding to emails and in our opinion went above and beyond to help in any way possible. Without Tes we wouldn't have been able to progress our existing pre approval after we had exchanged on our property. With our existing broker being on leave, we were stuck and thankfully ended up getting in contact with Tes.
